Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

At Precision Foot Care, we value your time and appreciate your understanding that appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. As a nursing foot care clinic, we strive to accommodate all clients in a timely manner, and advance notice allows us to offer appointment times to others who may be waiting for care.

Cancellation Notice

 We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee may be charged to the credit card on file or paid at your next appointment.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full scheduled service fee.

Emergencies and Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
